Making a NewHomePage HTML email a stationary in Outlook
- We sent you a URL. In that url you see your page appear on the web.

Click on the View menu then click on View Source You will get a window that appears showing a bunch of HTML

Rest assured you do not need to know how or what this is.
Click On File – Save as
Now this is important. You must save this file somewhere you know. I recommend the Desktop to make it easy to find. Call it MyHtmlemail.html and save it

In my example I save it to my C:\temp directory.
Now close those windows and open Microsoft Outlook
Click on Tools menu then Options

Click on the Mail Format tab
Change the Message format to HTML. HTML is the only version that works with stationary. If you do not set this the below option for Stationary picker will not appear
Then click on Stationary Picker

Now choose New

- Give it a name.
- Choose Use this file as Template
Now click browse. This is where you need to remember where you put your file

Navigate to find your file and click Select

Now click Next
On this next page
You have some options. You can choose a background picture or color. Both helpful, if you want them. Or just leave it as is. When we design HTML emails we will commonly leave no background or ship a background image along with the link to allow you to put it in or not.
But at this point you can click OK
Then OK again

Then Ok again
You are done. Now when you click NEW for a new email
You will see your new stationary automatically pop up.

And you can click and choose all the features you want and add and remove tex t
